Made by the Minster.

1.Citation

This notice is the Planning and Development (Part 11B Fees) Amendment Notice 2026.

2.Commencement

This notice comes into operation as follows —

(a)clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this notice is published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the notice — on 1 July 2026.

3.Notice amended

This notice amends the Planning and Development (Part 11B Fees) Notice 2024.

4.Schedule 1 replaced

Delete Schedule 1 and insert:
