Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Charitable Collections Amendment Act 2025 Commencement Proclamation 2026.

2.Commencement

The Charitable Collections Amendment Act 2025, other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on 1 August 2026.
