1.Citation

This proclamation is the Industrial Relations Legislation Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2026.

2.Commencement

The Industrial Relations Legislation Amendment Act 2024 sections 100 to 103 come into operation on 1 September 2026.
