Liquor Control (Transitional Housing and Support Program Restricted Areas) Amendment Regulations 2026

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

These regulations are the Liquor Control (Transitional Housing and Support Program Restricted Areas) Amendment Regulations 2026.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website (publication day);

(b)regulation 5(2) — on 31 July 2026;

(c)the rest of the regulations — on the day after publication day.

3.Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Transitional Housing and Support Program Restricted Areas) Regulations 2016.

4.Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete “30 July 2026.” and insert:

30 July 2036.

5.Schedule 1 amended

(1)In Schedule 1 in the Table delete item 5.

(2)In Schedule 1 in the Table delete items 10 and 11.
