1.Citation

This proclamation is the Retirement Villages Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2026.

2.Commencement

The Retirement Villages Amendment Act 2024 Part 2 Division 1 (other than sections 7 and 28) and Part 3 come into operation on 1 September 2026.
