Made by the Minister.

1.Citation

This order is the Health Services (Health Service Provider Land) Amendment Order 2026.

2.Commencement

This order comes into operation on the day on which it is published on the WA legislation website.

3.Order amended

This order amends the Health Services (Health Service Provider Land) Order 2016.

4.Clause 3 amended

In clause 3(1) in the Table Division 3 after the item for Kalamunda District Hospital insert:
