Made by the Minister.

1.Citation

This order is the Health Services (Health Service Providers) Amendment Order 2026.

2.Commencement

This order comes into operation on the day on which it is published on the WA legislation website.

3.Order amended

This order amends the Health Services (Health Service Providers) Order 2016.

4.Schedule 2 amended

After Schedule 2 item 12 insert:
