1.Citation

This proclamation is the Evidence Act 2025 Commencement Proclamation 2026.

2.Commencement

The Evidence Act 2025, other than Part 1, section 384 and Part 12 Divisions 1, 8 and 17, comes into operation on 18 September 2027.
