Swan and Canning Rivers Management Amendment Regulations 2026

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.Citation

These regulations are the Swan and Canning Rivers Management Amendment Regulations 2026.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Part 2 — Swan and Canning Rivers Management Act 2006 amended

3.Act amended

This Part amends the Swan and Canning Rivers Management Act 2006.

4.Schedule 4 amended

In Schedule 4 delete “Lot 504 on Deposited Plan 408106,” and insert:

Lot 200 on Deposited Plan 431618,

Part 3 — Swan and Canning Rivers Management Regulations 2007 amended

5.Regulations amended

This Part amends the Swan and Canning Rivers Management Regulations 2007.

6.Regulations 45 to 49 deleted

Delete regulations 45 to 49.
