1.Citation

This proclamation is the Working with Children (Screening) Amendment Act 2026 Commencement Proclamation 2026.

2.Commencement

The Working with Children (Screening) Amendment Act 2026, other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on 17 September 2026.
