This notice is the Therapeutic Goods (Legislative Instruments) Notice (No. 14) 2026.

2.Notice of publication

The following therapeutic legislative instrument has been made and published on the Federal Register of Legislation website www.legislation.gov.au:

1.Therapeutic Goods Legislation Amendment (2026 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2026

Note:

The above therapeutic legislative instrument applies as a law of the State under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 section 10(1) (subject to section 10(2) of that Act). The above instrument may not have effect under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 section 11 or may cease to have effect under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024 section 13.
