Supreme Court (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2026

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

These regulations are the Supreme Court (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2026.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Supreme Court (Fees) Regulations 2002.

4.Regulation 8 amended

In regulation 8(2) delete “is to be in the form of Schedule 4 Form 2 and is to” and insert:

 

must be in a form approved by the Chief Justice and must

 

5.Regulation 12 inserted

After regulation 11 insert:

 

12.Approved forms

The Chief Justice may approve forms for use under these regulations.

 

6.Schedule 4 amended

(1)Delete the reference after the heading to Schedule 4 and insert:

 

[r. 4A(1) and 5A(1)]

 

(2)Delete Schedule 4 Form 2.
