Health Services (Health Service Provider Land) Amendment Order (No. 2) 2026

Made by the Minister.

1.Citation

This order is the Health Services (Health Service Provider Land) Amendment Order (No. 2) 2026.

2.Commencement

This order comes into operation as follows —

(a)clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published on the WA legislation website;

(b)the rest of the order — on the day after that day.

3.Order amended

This order amends the Health Services (Health Service Provider Land) Order 2016.

4.Clause 3 amended

In clause 3(1) in the Table Division 5 before the item for State Child Development Centre and Immunisation Clinic insert:

5.Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 delete the item relating to Vacant Land ‑ for Perth Hospice Construction.
