Conservation and Land Management Act 1984
Conservation and Land Management Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2026
Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a)regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;
(b)the rest of the regulations — on 30 October 2026.
These regulations amend the Conservation and Land Management Regulations 2002.
(1)In Schedule 1 Division 2 item 6(d) delete “Stokes,” and insert:
Benwenerup (Stokes),
(2)Delete Schedule 1 Division 2 item 7.
(3)Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.
