Electricity Industry (Solar Power Purchase Agreements) Exemption Amendment and Repeal Order 2026

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This order is the Electricity Industry (Solar Power Purchase Agreements) Exemption Amendment and Repeal Order 2026.

2.Commencement

This order comes into operation as follows —

(a)clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published on the WA legislation website (publication day);

(b)clause 5 — on 1 March 2027;

(c)the rest of the order — on the day after publication day.

3.Order amended

This order amends the Electricity Industry (Solar Power Purchase Agreements) Exemption Order 2016.

4.Clause 4 amended

After clause 4(1)(h) insert:

(ha)GPE Projects Pty Ltd (ABN 69 627 949 875);

(hb)GPE Projects (Upstream) Pty Ltd (ABN 74 688 739 540);

5.Order repealed

The Electricity Industry (Solar Power Purchase Agreements) Exemption Order 2016 is repealed.
